By accepting a service quote and scheduling a service, you enter into a service agreement with First Coast Property Experts.
You agree to the scope of work as outlined in the service description and acknowledge these terms and conditions.
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless an alternative arrangement has been made in writing.
If payment is not made within 24 hours of service completion, the card on file will be automatically charged.
Recurring services that extend more than one week past their scheduled service date will incur a $20 per week surcharge.
Deposits are required for all services before booking confirmation.
Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in late fees, service suspension, or legal action if necessary.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Late cancellation (within 48 hours) incurs a $75 fee.
Last-minute cancellation (within 24 hours) incurs a $100 fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount.
If unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or equipment issues require rescheduling, we will promptly communicate a new service date.
Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled service time.
If we are unable to access the property, the full service fee may still be charged.
For move-out cleans, the property must be empty with utilities on.
Exterior cleaning may require access to water and electricity unless otherwise arranged.
We will perform services as described in your selected package.
Additional requests outside the scope of work may result in extra charges.
Properties must be in suitable condition for cleaning (e.g., minimal clutter, furniture pre-moved where necessary).
If excessive clutter prevents service, rescheduling or additional fees may apply.
First Coast Property Experts is fully insured and will take every precaution to avoid damage to your property.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or normal wear and tear.
Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for review.
We are not responsible for damages caused by faulty installation of fixtures or furniture by the homeowner.
Clients should notify us of fragile or high-value items before service begins.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If any aspect of our service does not meet the agreed-upon standard, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.
This guarantee does not apply if the service was impeded by conditions outside our control, such as restricted access or excessive clutter.
Our team follows strict health and safety protocols, including eco-friendly cleaning products and protective equipment when necessary.
Clients should inform us of any known hazards that could impact safety or service quality.
For exterior services, clients should secure pets and children inside to prevent accidents.
We respect your privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent.
We take before-and-after photos for quality assurance and internal documentation. These may also be used in marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise.
First Coast Property Experts is committed to eco-friendly practices.
We use environmentally safe cleaning products whenever possible.
Precautions are taken to prevent runoff into storm drains or natural water sources during exterior services.
Any modifications to the standard service must be agreed upon before work begins and may result in additional charges.
Special requests should be communicated at the time of booking to ensure we can accommodate them.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
Clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice before the next scheduled service to avoid being charged.
We reserve the right to terminate service if the client violates these terms or if unsafe conditions are present.
First Coast Property Experts will not be liable for delays or service failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in St. Johns County, Florida.
