I built First Coast Property Experts because the standard for high-end property care across St. Johns, Duval, and Nassau was inconsistent. Beautiful homes were being handed off to crews who treated them like every other stop on a route — and the work showed it.
So we built something different. The interior side never crosses to the exterior. The exterior side never crosses to the interior. Each discipline trains in one craft, perfects it, and answers for it. The result is a level of attention that scales without thinning out.
