Compensation Direction

Our field model combines an hourly base with role-based performance bonuses and job-share upside where applicable. The point is simple: protect the client, protect the standard, help the business grow, and share in the wins.

Housekeeping Specialist

Interior discipline Entry level welcome Bilingual helpful, not required

Premium housekeeping, deep cleaning support, move-in and move-out resets, post-construction detail work, and careful client-home presentation.

Junior Exterior Cleaning Technician

Exterior discipline Trainable entry lane Safety + stamina

Support exterior jobs through setup, hose control, rinsing, plant protection, equipment care, cleanup, and learning FCPE's field standards.

Senior Exterior Technician

Experienced field operator Quality control Training potential

Lead-quality execution on soft washing, surface cleaning, paver prep, joint angular sand support, property protection, and finish checks.

Own the field plan, protect quality and safety, communicate clearly, develop technicians, and help FCPE build the next stage of exterior growth.
