Before launching the business, Justin lost both parents and two siblings before the age of thirty-five. That kind of loss reshapes priorities. For Justin, it meant building something his family could be proud of—something rooted in purpose, precision, and community.
He personally trains every team member to his standards. Alicia Logan
The Heart of the OperationBefore joining FCPE full-time, Alicia spent nine years as a beloved third-grade teacher at Valley Ridge Academy in Nocatee. Alicia oversees scheduling, client communication, and the company’s luxury housekeeping division. She ensures every homeowner feels heard, every appointment runs on time, and every follow-up is handled with the same care she brought to her classroom.

Michael Logan
