Recurring Residential Service · Northeast Florida

Residential Cleaning

The Gold Standard, Every Time.

Recurring service is where the standard becomes a rhythm. Once the initial deep clean has reset every surface, recurring visits — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — keep the home in the condition you expect to walk into. The work gets faster as the home holds the standard, and the consistency is what separates a premium service from one you have to manage.

What Recurring Service Looks Like

Maintenance, Performed To A Documented Standard

Recurring residential cleaning is not a long deep clean. It is a different scope, performed at a different pace, by trained interior specialists who already know your home. The Gold Standard Deep Clean — the first visit — handled every detail surface. From there, recurring visits maintain the kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms to the condition the deep clean established. Surfaces are cleaned. Tracks are checked. Anything trending — a faucet beginning to spot, a vent beginning to dust — gets addressed before it becomes the kind of problem that requires another deep clean to resolve.

Documentation continues across every visit. Notes from your deep clean carry forward — chemistry preferences, sensitive surfaces, items that should not be moved, areas that need extra attention. The next visit picks up where the previous one left off. The next next visit picks up where that one left off. The standard does not have to be re-explained, because it is on file.

The Recurring Method

How A Premium Visit Is Performed

Recurring visits move faster than a deep clean — but the structure is the same. Top-down. Dry before wet. Color-coded micro-fiber. Surface-specific chemistry. Two-pass bathrooms. Floors last. Final walkthrough. The discipline does not change between deep cleaning and recurring service — the time required does, because the surfaces are already at standard.

Top-Down Dust Pass

Ceiling fans, light fixtures, vent covers, and tops of cabinetry first. Capture residue on the lower pass, never redistribute it.

Color-Coded Cloth Discipline

Kitchen, bathroom, glass, and stainless cloths are separated by color and never reused across zones. Cross-contamination is prevented at the cloth, not at the bucket.

Surface-Specific Chemistry

Quartz, granite, marble, hardwood, stainless, brass, lacquered cabinetry — each gets the chemistry it is rated for. We do not use universal cleaners on premium finishes.

Bathroom Two-Pass

Even on recurring visits, bathrooms get a chemistry pass and a separate detail pass. Fixture seats, tracks, and floor edges are inspected on the second pass — not assumed clean from the first.

Photo Documentation

Items requested by the homeowner — a stain trending, a chip developing, a request to track — are photographed visit-over-visit. The home file builds across every clean.

Final Walkthrough

Before the visit closes, we walk the home one more time. Anything that does not meet the standard gets fixed before the team leaves. There is no second visit needed when the first one is finished correctly.

Choose Your Cadence

Three Service Frequencies

Weekly Service

The highest-frequency option. Best for active families, multi-pet households, or homes that entertain regularly. Weekly visits keep the home in continuous showroom condition — and because the work scope per visit is smaller, weekly per-visit pricing is the most efficient option.

Best for: high-traffic households, frequent entertaining, multi-pet homes

Biweekly Service

The most popular cadence among premium NE Florida homes. Biweekly visits are frequent enough to hold the standard the deep clean established, without overserving homes that do not require weekly intervention. Most clients find this is the right rhythm — and the right value.

Best for: most premium households, the standard recommended cadence

Monthly Service

For lower-traffic homes, secondary residences, or households where a deeper monthly reset suits the lifestyle better than a frequent maintenance rhythm. Monthly visits cover more scope per visit and are slightly higher per visit than biweekly — because the work between visits accumulates.

Best for: lower-traffic homes, secondary residences, lighter use patterns

Recurring Service Pricing

Recurring service is priced two ways: a 12-Month Plan that locks the rate for a year and delivers the strongest per-visit value (the moat — no other NE Florida operator offers an annual-commitment housekeeping plan), and a 6-Month Plan for shorter commitments at fair NE Florida market rate. One-off interior service runs at the 6-Month rate (no a la carte penalty).

Weekly visits run at base × 1.10. Monthly visits run at base × 0.85. Pets and additional bathrooms are confirmed during the consultation. The first-time Gold Standard Deep Clean runs at standard rate regardless of plan — recurring savings begin on the second visit forward.

Frequently Asked

Recurring Service Questions

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WEEKLY AND BIWEEKLY SERVICE?

Weekly service holds the home in continuous showroom condition with smaller scope per visit. Biweekly service is the most common cadence among premium NE Florida homes — frequent enough to hold the standard, efficient enough to be the right value. Most clients find biweekly is the right rhythm. Monthly is for lower-traffic homes where a deeper reset per visit suits the lifestyle better.

DO I NEED A DEEP CLEAN BEFORE STARTING RECURRING SERVICE?

Yes. The Gold Standard Deep Clean resets every surface to a known standard — baseboards, sills, tracks, blinds, cabinet-face detailing, appliance exteriors and microwave interior, light fixtures, ceiling fans. Once the deep is done, recurring visits hold that standard. Skipping the deep means recurring visits run long and the standard drifts.

WILL THE SERVICE STANDARD STAY CONSISTENT?

The same standards, every visit. Crew composition can flex based on schedule and scope, but the chemistry, the order of operations, the documentation, and the standard are identical visit-over-visit. The home file is what carries forward — not the assumption that one specific person will be there.

CAN I SKIP ROOMS ON RECURRING VISITS?

Yes — within reason. Some clients skip guest bedrooms and their adjacent bathrooms on routine visits because those rooms see little use between visits. We use a documented effective-square-footage method to price partial-scope service fairly. Common areas (kitchen, living, dining, all bathrooms in use) are always cleaned on every visit.

DO YOU USE NON-TOXIC CHEMISTRY?

Eco-friendly products are available on request, and every product is selected for the surface, soil level, home occupancy, and service scope. Households with respiratory sensitivities or specific surface preferences receive a documented product list during onboarding — and we follow it on every visit. We never substitute products without confirming with the homeowner first.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS MISSED?

The Gold Standard Guarantee: if any detail is ever missed, we return the same week to address it. No charge, no negotiation, no friction. The standard is the promise — and the guarantee is what makes the standard real instead of theoretical.

Begin The Standard. Hold The Standard.

Every premium home in Northeast Florida begins the same way — with a Gold Standard Deep Clean, followed by a recurring rhythm that maintains the standard the deep clean established.
