The Gold Standard Deep Clean · Northeast Florida
Deep Cleaning
The Gold Standard, Every Time.
A deep clean is not a longer recurring visit. It is a different scope, a different pace, and a different standard. Every premium home that comes onto our service begins here — with a documented top-to-bottom reset that reaches the surfaces a standard housekeeping service has never seen, and never will.
What A Real Deep Clean Includes
The Surfaces Most Services Never Touch
A standard recurring clean works the surfaces that are visible — counters, floors, fixtures, mirrors. A Gold Standard Deep Clean works the surfaces that are not visible — the tops of cabinetry, the inside of the oven, the tracks behind the windows, the seat of the toilet base, the underside of the kitchen island. These are the areas that quietly accumulate Northeast Florida's coastal humidity, oak pollen, and cooking residue. Once they are reset, every recurring visit afterward holds the standard much more easily.
Inside windows are part of every Gold Standard Deep Clean, including sills, tracks, and blinds. The deep clean also includes hand-detailed baseboards, high-touch areas, light fixtures, ceiling fans, movable couch interiors and underneath when it is floor-safe, appliance exteriors, and microwave interior. Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, and inside cabinets available as add-ons are available as add-ons.

The Deep Clean Process
How It Is Actually Performed
Walkthrough and Scope Confirmation
We walk the home with you, identify priority surfaces, note any sensitive finishes (marble, lacquered cabinetry, custom tile), and confirm the chemistry plan. Anything you want documented — a chip, a stain, a request — gets photographed and tracked from this first visit forward.
Top-Down Dry Pass
Ceiling fans, light fixtures, vent covers, tops of cabinetry, and baseboards are dusted before any wet work begins. Gravity moves dust downward — we let it work for us, then capture it on the lower pass.
Kitchen Detail (Inside Out)
Microwave interior, appliance exteriors, cabinet faces, range hood, backsplash, and the kitchen island are detailed in sequence. Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, and inside cabinets available as add-ons are scheduled as add-ons so the scope is clear before the visit starts.
Bathroom Two-Pass Discipline
Bathrooms get a full chemistry pass on every tub, shower, vanity, and toilet — then a separate detail pass that addresses grout, fixture bases, tracks, blinds, and floor edges. The second pass is what separates a real deep clean from a long recurring visit.
Bedroom and Living Detail
Inside windows, sills, tracks, and blinds. Ceiling fans, light fixtures, and tops of headboards, armoires, and tall furniture. Baseboards and door frames. Closet floors and edges. We work each room top-down, dirtiest surface last, with surface-appropriate chemistry on every finish.
Floors Last, Edges First
Floors are the last surface worked in any room, because every other surface above them sheds residue while it is being cleaned. Edges and corners are vacuumed and damp-edged before the open-floor pass. Hardwoods get manufacturer-rated finish; tile gets neutral pH; stone gets stone-specific chemistry — never a universal cleaner.
Walkthrough, Photo Documentation, QA Sign-Off
Before we leave, we walk the home one more time. Anything that does not meet our standard is fixed before the visit closes. Photos go into your home file, so the next visit picks up exactly where this one left off — and so the standard is documented, not assumed.
Investment
Deep Clean Pricing By Home Size
Deep cleans are priced by interior square footage. The investment below covers a full team for the duration of the work — including documented before-and-after photography and the Gold Standard Guarantee. Inside windows (sills, tracks, blinds) are included by default, never an upsell. Pets and homes that have not been deep cleaned in six or more months may carry a small surcharge, confirmed during the consultation.

Frequently Asked
Deep Clean Questions
HOW LONG DOES A GOLD STANDARD DEEP CLEAN TAKE?
A 2,000 sq ft home is typically a 5 to 7 hour visit with a properly sized team. Larger homes scale from there. We confirm time on the consultation walkthrough so you can plan around the visit — and so we can confirm that the team and the chemistry are right for the surfaces in your home.
ARE INSIDE WINDOWS PART OF THE DEEP CLEAN?
Yes. Inside windows — including sills, tracks, and blinds — are part of every Gold Standard Deep Clean. We do not separate them as an upsell. The deep clean covers everything a homeowner would expect a premium service to cover.
IS OVEN INTERIOR ADD-ON AND REFRIGERATOR INCLUDED?
Yes — both. We chemistry-pass the oven, refrigerator, and microwave on every Gold Standard Deep Clean. These are included by default, not as add-ons. cabinet-face detailing (where shelves are cleared) is also part of the deep clean.
DO I NEED TO DEEP CLEAN BEFORE STARTING A RECURRING PLAN?
Yes — and there is a good reason for that. The deep clean resets every surface to a known standard. After that, recurring visits are meaningfully faster and more efficient because the deep work is already done. Skipping the deep clean and starting on recurring service is a guarantee that recurring visits will run long and the standard will drift.
DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT ON THE DEEP CLEAN?
The deep clean runs at standard rate on the first visit, regardless of plan. Plan savings begin on the recurring visits that follow. The reasoning: the deep clean is the most labor-intensive visit your home will ever receive, and we do not discount the work that establishes the standard. Recurring service is where every plan structure delivers value.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RECOMMEND A DEEP CLEAN?
Once. After the initial Gold Standard Deep Clean, recurring visits maintain the standard the deep clean established. We do not push annual or semi-annual deep cleans for clients on recurring service — if recurring is being performed correctly, the home does not drift far enough to need a full reset. For homes coming back to recurring after a multi-month gap, a partial deep is sometimes warranted; we will tell you honestly when that is the case.
