Inside The Investment · Northeast Florida
Appliance Detail Cleaning
The Gold Standard, Every Time.
Premium appliances are an investment — Wolf, Sub-Zero, Miele, Thermador, Viking, and the high-end builder packages installed in nearly every premium NE Florida kitchen. They deserve documented hand-detailing, not a quick wipe-down between recurring visits. Appliance detail cleaning is the focused service for the surfaces that matter most in any premium home: the ones that touch your food.
Why Appliance Detail Is Its Own Service
The Surfaces That Touch Your Food
Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside the microwave, behind the range — these are the surfaces that accumulate grease, baked-on residue, gasket buildup, and the kind of slow-developing contamination that recurring housekeeping is not scoped to address. They are also the surfaces that, in a premium kitchen, were specified to last twenty years. Generic chemistry shortens that life. Surface-appropriate detailing extends it.
FCPE's appliance detail service is offered as part of every Gold Standard Deep Clean and as a stand-alone focused service between deep cleans. Either way, the chemistry is rated for stainless and enamel. The cloths are dedicated. The dwell time is correct. And the documentation produces a before-and-after photo set so the work is verifiable, not assumed.

Frequently Asked
Appliance Detail Questions
IS APPLIANCE DETAIL INCLUDED IN A DEEP CLEAN?
Yes. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, and inside the microwave are part of every Gold Standard Deep Clean. They are not an a la carte upsell. Stand-alone appliance detail is offered between deep cleans, or for clients who want the work performed independently.
DO YOU USE PRODUCTS RATED FOR PREMIUM APPLIANCES?
Yes. Wolf, Sub-Zero, Miele, Thermador, Viking, and similar premium-grade appliances are detailed using manufacturer-recommended or surface-rated chemistry. We do not use universal degreasers on stainless or enamel — those products void warranties and damage finishes over time.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD APPLIANCES BE DETAILED?
For homes on recurring service, twice a year is typical — once in spring and once in fall. For homes that cook frequently, every quarter. The Gold Standard Deep Clean handles it on the first visit; we recommend stand-alone appliance detail visits between deep cleans to keep the standard from drifting.
CAN YOU CLEAN THE GASKETS WITHOUT DAMAGING THEM?
Yes — and that is one of the reasons appliance detail is its own service. Gaskets are the most common mold and seal-failure point in any kitchen. We use surfactant chemistry rated for the rubber, soft-bristle agitation, and dwell time that resolves buildup without compromising the seal.
WHAT ABOUT BUILT-IN COFFEE MACHINES OR ESPRESSO STATIONS?
Built-in espresso, coffee, and combination steam ovens are not part of standard appliance detail because each manufacturer has its own descaling and clean-cycle requirements. We can coordinate with your appliance technician for the descale cycle if requested — but we do not run those cycles ourselves.
