Our Method

Three Stages. One Pure-Water System.

Our truck carries a closed-loop RODI filtration tank, a telescoping carbon-fiber pole, and a flow-controlled delivery system — the kind of touch-free finish the U.S. Department of Energy window-efficiency guidance notes is important for preserving low-E coatings. Together they produce glass that dries clean in full Florida sun — no towels, no squeegees, no ladders resting against your home.

Stage 01

RODI Filtration On-Truck

Your water feeds through a sediment filter, an activated carbon stage, a reverse-osmosis membrane, and finally a deionizing resin bed. The TDS meter reads zero before a single drop reaches the glass. Pure H₂O is the only thing leaving our truck.

Stage 02

Water-Fed Pole & Natural Brush Head

A carbon-fiber pole reaches second- and third-story windows from the ground. A soft natural-fiber brush lifts pollen, salt spray, and film from the glass and frame while pure water flows through the head — lifting contaminants, not grinding them in.

Stage 03

Controlled Pure-Water Rinse

A final flow-controlled rinse sheets the glass with zero-mineral water. Because there is nothing dissolved in it, there is nothing left behind. The glass air-dries clean. No streaks. No spots. No hand-touch needed.

A window that gleams with dusty frames underneath still reads as unclean. FCPE details the whole assembly — vinyl and aluminum frames hand-wiped, sills and tracks vacuumed free of pollen and dirt, exterior casings brushed down with the water-fed pole.

Screens are an optional add-on: removed, hand-brushed with pure water, dried, and re-installed before we leave. Most estate clients include screens twice a year — spring and fall.

How often should I have my windows cleaned? +

Most Northeast Florida homeowners benefit from exterior window cleaning every six months — spring and fall — to stay ahead of pollen, salt spray, and hard water spotting. Interior cleaning is usually a once or twice a year cadence depending on pets and airflow.

Do you clean both interior and exterior windows? +

Yes. We offer exterior-only cleans, interior-only cleans, and full inside-out packages. Tracks, sills, and screens can be included on request.

Will you remove hard water stains and mineral deposits? +

Mild water spotting lifts with our standard process. Severe mineral etching or long-standing hard water deposits sometimes require a specialty restoration treatment, which we will quote separately after inspecting the glass.

Is FCPE window cleaning safe for tinted and coated windows? +

Yes. We use soft bristle brushes, pH-neutral detergents, and deionized water systems that are safe for factory tint, aftermarket tint, Low-E coatings, and hurricane-rated glass.

Do you clean windows on second and third stories? +

Yes. We use water-fed poles, proper fall protection, and professional ladder systems to reach second and third story windows safely. Our crew is trained on height and ladder safety on every job.

Does window cleaning pair well with other exterior services? +

Yes. Most of our clients bundle window cleaning with a full exterior soft wash or a pressure wash of driveways and patios. Bundled visits cost less than separate trips and get the whole property looking new in a single service window.
