Every plan begins with a walk-the-property consultation, then settles into a rhythm built around your home, your scope, and your season. Common Questions

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Move from A la carte into Gold, or from Gold into Partnership, at any point. Your prior visits credit toward the new rate. Going up the ladder is a phone call to (904) 466-1622.

What happens if I need to cancel a recurring plan?

Cancel any time. Gold and Partnership are signature plans, not contracts that hold you. We ask for thirty days written notice so we can offboard your file cleanly and make sure no scheduled visit slips through.

Is the deep clean included on the recurring plans?

The first deep clean is always priced at the standard rate. The recurring rhythm and rate begin on visit two. This is where the work for your property is established, and the standard rate is what it takes to do it correctly.

Does Partnership cover both interior and exterior?

Yes. Partnership is the only plan that bundles full interior housekeeping with the full exterior scope — soft-wash, window care, hardscape with joint angular sand, solar panel maintenance — under one annual agreement. Interior and exterior are two separately trained crews; they never cross scopes.

Why is per-square-foot lower on Partnership?

Long-term commitment lets us schedule routes, predict supply needs, and stage materials more efficiently. The savings flow back to the homeowner as a lower per-square-foot rate. The standard of work does not change — only the rhythm.
