Premium Housekeeping
The Gold Standard, Every Time.
A premium home should feel premium the moment you walk in — clean baseboards under bare feet, a kitchen that smells like nothing at all, and bathrooms that look the way they did the day they were finished. That standard is what we have built First Coast Property Experts to deliver, week after week, across St. Johns, Duval, and Nassau counties.
The Housekeeping Standard
Cleaning, Performed By Specialists
In Northeast Florida, the work is harder than it looks. Salt air etches stainless. Humidity grows soap film into a film you can feel. Oak pollen migrates from the eaves into bath tracks and onto the tops of cabinetry. A standard cleaning service mops a floor and dusts what is in front of them. A premium housekeeping service is trained to find the work that is not obvious — and finish it before you ever notice it was there.
Our trained interior specialists work in a structured rhythm — top-down, dry before wet, dirtiest surface last — so dust, residue, and microbes do not get redistributed. Every room is cleaned in the same order, with the same chemistry, on the same surfaces, by people who do this work and only this work. That is the difference between a service that leaves a home tidy and a service that leaves a home properly cared for.
Our Interior Services
A Service For Every Stage Of The Home
Recurring Housekeeping
Weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance designed to keep a premium home running at the standard you expect — without you ever needing to ask for the same fix twice.
Recurring Service DetailsGold Standard Deep Clean
The first-time, top-to-bottom reset. Baseboards, tracks, sills, blinds, inside cabinetry, inside appliances, light fixtures, ceiling fans — everything a premium home requires before recurring service begins.
Deep Clean ScopeMove-In and Move-Out
Empty-home cleaning held to a higher standard than recurring service — because nothing is in the way, and the next family will see every surface for the first time.
Move-In and Move-Out DetailPost-Construction Detail
After contractors leave, we resolve the construction layer — fine dust in vents, adhesive on glass, paint freckles on hardwood — until the property reads as finished, not as recently built.
Post-Construction ProcessInterior Window Cleaning
Inside windows are part of every Gold Standard Deep Clean — sills, tracks, blinds, and the glass itself. For homes that need glass-only attention between deep cleans, we offer it as a focused interior service.
Interior Window ServiceAppliance Detail Cleaning
Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside the microwave, behind the stove. Premium appliances are an investment — they deserve documented hand-detailing, not surface wipe-downs.
Appliance Detail ScopeCarpet Cleaning
Hot-water extraction with surface-appropriate pre-treatment. Wool, synthetic, and high-pile carpets each get the chemistry and dwell time they require — never one universal product.
Carpet Cleaning ProcessRealtor and Property Manager
Documented turn cleans for the agents and property managers who require an inspection-ready outcome and a photo-confirmed result. Built around closing dates, not calendars.

How A Premium Clean Is Actually Performed
The order matters. The chemistry matters. The cloth matters. A single contaminated micro-fiber will undo the work of an entire bathroom — which is why we operate inside a documented system, not personal preference. Every visit, every home, every time.
Top-Down, Dry-Before-Wet
We dust ceiling fans, light fixtures, and tops of cabinetry before any wet work begins on lower surfaces. Gravity does the work for us if we let it.
Color-Coded Micro-Fiber
One color for kitchen surfaces, one for bathrooms, one for glass and stainless. Cloths are never reused between zones — cross-contamination is prevented at the cloth, not at the bucket.
Surface-Specific Chemistry
Quartz, granite, marble, hardwood, stainless, brass, lacquered cabinetry — each finish gets the product it is rated for. We never use one universal cleaner across a premium home.
Two-Pass Bathroom Discipline
Bathrooms get a chemistry pass and a separate detail pass. Grout lines, fixture seats, faucet bases, tracks, and floor edges are inspected on the second pass — never assumed clean from the first.
Photo Documentation
Anything notable — a stain we removed, a chip we found, a request the homeowner asked us to track — is photographed before and after. The next visit picks up where this one left off.
Final Walkthrough
Before we leave, we walk the home one more time. Anything that does not meet our standard is fixed before the visit closes. There is no second visit needed when the first one is finished correctly.
Where We Serve
Northeast Florida Premium Homes
FCPE keeps a tight service radius across St. Johns, Duval, and Nassau counties. We do not stretch coverage to communities we cannot deliver to at our standard. Every home in scope is within reach of a properly stocked vehicle and a specialist trained for the surfaces inside it.
The Interior Promise
Three Commitments. Inside Your Home.
Trained specialists who do this work and only this work — bonded, background-checked, and accountable to the FCPE standard. Non-toxic, pet-safe, child-safe chemistry on every surface. And if a single detail is ever missed, we return the same week until it is right.

Questions Premium Homeowners Ask Us
HOW IS YOUR HOUSEKEEPING DIFFERENT FROM A STANDARD MAID SERVICE?
We do not run a maid service. We operate an interior discipline staffed by specialists who are trained on premium surfaces — quartz, marble, hardwood, brass, lacquered cabinetry, custom tile — and who follow a documented system on every visit. The result is a home that holds its standard between visits, not one that resets and immediately drifts.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DEEP CLEAN AND A RECURRING VISIT?
The first time we work in a home, we perform a Gold Standard Deep Clean — baseboards, sills, tracks, blinds, inside cabinetry, inside appliances, light fixtures, ceiling fans, every detail surface. After that, recurring visits maintain the standard the deep clean established. Recurring service is meaningfully faster and more efficient because the deep work is already done.
ARE INSIDE WINDOWS PART OF A DEEP CLEAN?
Yes. Inside windows — including sills, tracks, and blinds — are part of every Gold Standard Deep Clean. We do not separate them as an upsell. For homes that need glass-only attention between deep cleans, we offer interior window cleaning as a focused service.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE PETS, ALLERGIES, AND CHEMISTRY SENSITIVITIES?
Our default chemistry is non-toxic, pet-safe, and child-safe. Households with respiratory sensitivities or specific surface preferences receive a documented product list during onboarding — and we follow it on every visit. We never substitute products without confirming with the homeowner first.
DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE?
Yes. The Gold Standard Guarantee: if any detail is ever missed, we return the same week to address it. No charge, no negotiation, no friction. The standard is the promise.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR PLANS?
FCPE offers two plan tiers: a 6-Month Plan at fair NE Florida market rate, and a 12-Month Plan — the moat — that locks the rate for a full year and offers the strongest per-visit value in our service area. No other operator in NE Florida offers an annual-commitment housekeeping plan, which is why our 12-Month clients become some of our most loyal partners. Plan details and inclusions are walked through during your consultation.
