Agents and property managers also need proof it was done, a consistent standard across a portfolio, and a service team that can adapt to key boxes, lockbox schedules, and back-to-back turnovers. Our realtor program builds all three in: a named point of contact, a photo log per visit, and a recurring standing-slot option for PMs juggling 10–200 doors. The documentation deliverable

Every realtor/PM job ends with a photo set uploaded to your inbox: room-by-room before/after where relevant, condition documentation (existing damage, stains, odors) flagged with timestamps, and a completed checklist signed by our trained interior service lead. For move-out disputes this photo log has closed more than one security-deposit case on the first email. For listings it gives your photographer a prepped, lit walk-through plan.

Scheduling on tight turnover windows

Most of our PM partners lock a standing Tuesday or standing Friday slot — we hold the half-day, you fill it with whatever turnover you have that week. Last-minute escalations (same-week closings, emergency guest-arrival cleans) run through a dedicated dispatcher number. Our interior schedule is built for 1- to 8-hour jobs; exterior softwash/window specialists handle add-ons on the same visit when booked together.

Move-in / move-out + deep clean pricing

Move-in and move-out cleans are priced by square footage and condition, not by room count — the fair way when a 2,400 sqft beach condo takes 2x the labor of a 2,400 sqft inland home. Move-in/move-out pricing starts from the base turnover rate and scales; deep clean pricing stays at full rate every time (deep clean is where true reset quality lives and we will not discount it). Realtor/PM partners earn volume pricing through our standing-slot program rather than per-job discount games.

Real estate brokerages and property management companies with 12+ annual cleans (or 3+ doors under management) qualify for our Partnership tier. The tier is transparent, written into the agreement, and includes recurring-slot priority, documented photo logs, and a named ops contact who knows your portfolio. Do you do same-week emergency turnovers?

Yes, subject to schedule availability. Standing-slot partners get first priority; new partners are fit in as soon as the next open half-day slot allows.

How do you handle key access?

Lockbox, smart-lock codes, or in-person key exchange — whatever the PM or listing agent prefers. Codes are destroyed after each job and never reused.

Can you coordinate with our photographer or stager?

Yes. We regularly schedule around photographer call times so the home is clean within two hours of the shoot.

Is the photo log sufficient for security-deposit disputes?

Our photo logs are timestamped and organized room-by-room. They have successfully supported PM partners in Florida DBPR small-claims tenant disputes, but we do not provide legal testimony.

Do you clean vacation rentals (Airbnb / VRBO)?

Yes. Short-term rental turnovers run on the PM track with a standing-slot cadence. We handle linen exchange coordination with whatever service you use.
