What You’ll Do
- Pressure washing, softwashing, paver sealing
- Premium homes — Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, Jacksonville, St. Augustine
- Operate professional equipment (Trident CAT 5 rigs + softwash systems)
- Document before/after photos on every job
Requirements
- Valid FL driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work in Florida heat
- Drug-free + passes background check
- Experience a plus; bilingual English/Spanish a big plus

Exterior Property Care Technician
$15–$18/hr | Full-Time | Mon–Sat
What you’ll do: Work alongside our exterior specialists on soft washing houses, pressure washing driveways and pool decks, cleaning roofs, sealing pavers, and keeping the nicest homes in NE Florida looking sharp. You’ll learn real skills — chemical application, surface identification, equipment operation, paver sealing.
Requirements:
- Physically fit — outdoor work in Florida heat, lifting equipment
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Available Monday through Saturday
- Willing to pass a drug screen
- No experience needed — we train you on everything

Requirements (non-negotiable):
- Fluent in BOTH English AND Spanish (tested during interview)
- 2+ years professional cleaning experience
- Own reliable transportation
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Smartphone with reliable service
- Clean background

What are the work hours?
Most exterior work is performed Monday through Saturday, starting at 7:00-8:00 AM. Hours vary by season — summer schedules adjust around weather patterns. Housekeeping schedules vary by client needs. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Is this year-round work?
Yes. Florida’s climate creates year-round demand for property care services. There is no off-season. We maintain consistent scheduling throughout the year with workload varying by service type and season.
