Housekeeping & Maid Services

Luxury kitchen deep clean in Ponte Vedra Beach Before and after deep clean in Jacksonville Pristine home interior St. Johns County
What’s the difference between a Standard Clean and a Deep Clean?

Standard (maintenance) cleaning keeps your home consistently fresh between deep cleans—dusting all surfaces, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, and tidy resets throughout every room.

Deep cleaning goes far beyond the surface. We hand-wash baseboards, detail interior window tracks and sills, clean blinds, scrub grout lines, degrease the full kitchen (backsplash, range hood, appliance fronts), detail every bathroom fixture, and clean behind and under lightweight furniture. This is our Gold Standard baseline—it sets the foundation so every recurring maintenance visit stays exceptional.

Most new clients start with a deep clean before transitioning to recurring standard service.

What’s included in recurring Maintenance Cleaning?

Every room on your checklist gets attention: kitchen and dining, living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, office, and laundry areas. We dust, sanitize, vacuum, mop, and detail each area to our published checklist—not a rushed walk-through.

You’ll have a dedicated lead technician, quality audits, and a direct communication line so nothing falls through the cracks. Available weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

Do I need a deep clean before starting recurring service?

We strongly recommend it. A deep clean resets your home to our Gold Standard baseline—detailed baseboards, grout, window tracks, behind furniture, and every surface your regular service will then maintain. Without that foundation, maintenance cleaning can only do so much on day one.

If your home has been recently detailed by another provider, we’ll evaluate during your walkthrough and let you know honestly whether a deep clean is needed.

Do you offer move‑in, move‑out, and post‑construction cleaning?

Absolutely. Our move-in/move-out service is a whole-home reset designed for hand-off day—inside cabinets and drawers, appliance interiors, window tracks, switch plates, and every corner that needs to sparkle for your buyer, landlord, or new move-in.

Our post-construction cleaning removes fine construction dust, adhesive residue, paint overspray, and protective film from every surface—walls, floors, fixtures, and glass. We turn a job site into a home.

Do you offer vacation rental turnover cleaning?

Yes—our vacation rental turnover service is built for Airbnb, VRBO, and short-term rental hosts across Northeast Florida. We handle guest-ready resets between bookings: full linen changes, restocking check, kitchen/bath detail, and a walkthrough to flag maintenance issues before the next guest arrives.

Same-day and next-day scheduling available for quick turnovers.

Can you clean inside my fridge, oven, or appliances?

Yes—our fridge and oven detail service covers interior shelves, drawers, seals, drip pans, and oven interiors with professional degreasers. We also detail microwaves, dishwasher interiors, and small appliance exteriors as add-ons to any housekeeping visit.

Do you offer eco‑friendly or green cleaning options?

We do. Our green cleaning service uses products listed under the EPA’s Safer Choice program—effective formulas with lower environmental impact. These are ideal for homes with infants, pets, chemical sensitivities, or anyone who prefers an eco-conscious approach without sacrificing cleaning power.

Just let us know your preference when requesting your quote, and we’ll customize accordingly.

Do you help with home organization?

Yes. Our organization service goes beyond cleaning—we help declutter and systematize closets, pantries, garages, laundry rooms, and storage areas. We work with your preferences to create functional spaces that stay organized between visits.

Exterior Cleaning & Soft‑Wash

Soft-washed stucco home in Nocatee Roof soft-wash algae removal in St. Augustine Pool deck pressure washing in Jacksonville Beach
Soft wash vs. pressure wash—what’s right for my home?

Soft washing uses low-pressure water combined with professional-grade chemistry to safely clean delicate surfaces—stucco, painted wood, Hardie® board siding, vinyl, and roof shingles. The solution kills algae, mold, and mildew at the root without risking damage.

Pressure washing uses higher PSI for durable surfaces like concrete driveways, walkways, pool decks, and brick. We always follow manufacturer guidance to protect every finish.

Not sure which you need? Request a free quote and we’ll recommend the right approach for your home’s specific materials.

Is roof washing safe for shingles and tile?

Yes—our roof soft-wash service follows ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association) guidelines. We use low-pressure application with algae-killing chemistry—no high-pressure wands on shingles or tile. This removes black streaks (Gloeocapsa magma) and prevents regrowth without voiding manufacturer warranties.

Do you clean Hardie® board and fiber cement siding?

Absolutely. Hardie board cleaning is one of our specialties. We use a low-pressure soft wash that’s safe for James Hardie® fiber cement siding—removing algae, mold, dirt, and salt buildup without damaging the factory finish or voiding your warranty. This is critical for homes in coastal communities like Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, and Amelia Island where salt air accelerates buildup.

How often should I have my home’s exterior cleaned in Northeast Florida?

In our humid subtropical climate, we recommend annual soft washing for most homes—more frequently for properties under heavy tree canopy or near water. Concrete flatwork (driveways, walkways, pool decks) benefits from cleaning every 12–18 months. Roofs typically need treatment every 2–3 years depending on shade exposure.

Recurring exterior maintenance keeps your property looking pristine year-round and prevents long-term damage from algae, mold, and organic growth. See our Ponte Vedra Beach exterior services →

Do you handle commercial, storefront, and HOA common areas?

Yes—we provide full HOA and common-area exterior cleaning including clubhouses, pool decks, signage, sidewalks, fencing, and building exteriors. For commercial clients, we handle storefronts, parking garages, awnings, and dumpster pads.

We coordinate with property managers and HOA boards on scheduling, insurance documentation, and resident notices. Request a commercial quote →

Do you clean gutters?

Yes. Our gutter cleaning service includes clearing debris from gutters and downspouts, flushing the system, and inspecting for damage or improper drainage. Clean gutters protect your fascia, foundation, and landscaping from water damage—especially important during Florida’s heavy rainy season.

Will pressure washing damage my plants or landscaping?

We take precautions to protect your landscaping on every job. Before applying any chemistry, we pre-wet surrounding plants and cover sensitive beds. Our soft-wash solutions are designed to be plant-safe at proper dilution ratios, and we rinse thoroughly after every treatment. Your property’s curb appeal—landscaping included—is always a priority.

Window Cleaning (RO/DI Pure‑Water)

RO/DI window cleaning before and after Water-fed pole pure-water window cleaning Crystal-clear interior window cleaning
Why do you use RO/DI pure‑water for exterior windows?

Our reverse osmosis and de-ionization (RO/DI) system removes all dissolved minerals from the water before it touches your glass. This means the rinse dries completely spot-free—no squeegee streaks, no water marks, no residue.

We use water-fed poles to scrub glass, frames, screens, and sills safely from the ground—no ladders leaning against your home. It’s safer, faster, and delivers a better result than traditional methods.

Learn more about our window cleaning process →

Do you clean both interior and exterior windows?

Yes. Exterior windows get our RO/DI pure-water treatment via water-fed poles. Interior windows are hand-detailed—glass, sills, frames, and tracks. You can book exterior-only, interior-only, or a complete inside-and-out window service.

For a true top-to-bottom refresh, pair window cleaning with our Whole-Home Refresh package.

How often should windows be cleaned in Florida?

We recommend every 3–6 months for homes in Northeast Florida. Salt air, pollen, hard water from irrigation, and humidity all cloud glass faster than in drier climates. Homes closer to the coast—like those in Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, and Amelia Island—benefit from quarterly cleaning.

Can you clean skylights, mirrors, and glass enclosures?

Yes—we clean skylights (accessible from the exterior with water-fed poles), glass shower enclosures, large mirrors, glass railings, and lanai screen enclosure frames. If it’s glass and it’s in your home, we can detail it. Ask about add-ons when requesting your quote →

Wood & Specialty Surface Care

Wood deck restoration in Ponte Vedra Beach Professional wood deck cleaning in St. Johns County Wood deck sealing and protection in Northeast Florida
How do you clean and maintain exotic hardwood decks like Ipe and Cumaru?

Exotic hardwoods require specialized care that most pressure washing companies get wrong. Our exotic wood cleaning and restoration service uses a controlled low-pressure wash combined with wood-specific brighteners to remove graying, algae, and tannin stains without damaging the dense grain.

After cleaning, we apply premium penetrating oil finishes designed for tropical hardwoods—restoring the rich color and UV protection that keeps Ipe, Cumaru, Tigerwood, and Garapa looking stunning in Florida’s intense sun.

Can you clean and seal pressure-treated or cedar wood decks?

Absolutely. Our wood deck cleaning service covers pressure-treated pine, cedar, redwood, and composite decking. We clean with appropriate pressure and chemistry for each wood type, then apply sealant or stain to protect against moisture, UV, and mildew.

We also service wood fences, pergolas, docks, and boardwalks throughout Duval, St. Johns, and Nassau counties.

How often should wood decks and docks be cleaned in Northeast Florida?

Our climate demands more frequent attention than most regions. We recommend cleaning annually and re-sealing every 1–2 years depending on sun exposure, proximity to water, and foot traffic. Waterfront docks and decks near the Intracoastal or St. Johns River may need attention more frequently due to salt spray and constant humidity.

Regular maintenance prevents costly board replacement and keeps your outdoor living spaces safe and beautiful. Schedule a wood care assessment →

Do you repair or replace damaged deck boards?

Our focus is cleaning, restoration, and protective finishing—not structural carpentry. However, during every job we inspect for soft spots, popped fasteners, and structural concerns. If we find boards that need replacement, we’ll document and photograph the issues so you can coordinate repairs before we seal. We want every deck we finish to be both beautiful and safe.

Paver Sanding, Sealing & Hardscaping

Paver driveway restoration before and after Breathable sealed paver finish in Nocatee Paver walkway cleaning in St. Augustine
Why is professional paver sanding and sealing important?

Florida’s sun, rain, and humidity take a toll on pavers. Over time, joint sand washes out—causing shifting, weed growth, and ant hills. Professional sanding restores proper interlock, and a breathable water-based sealer locks that sand in place while enriching color and protecting against stains, UV fading, and organic growth.

See our full paver restoration process →

Do you use polymeric sand?

We install washed angular ASTM C144 joint sand and seal it with a quality water-based sealer. In Florida’s high-humidity coastal conditions, polymeric sand frequently causes haze, whitening, and adhesion failures—especially when moisture gets trapped during curing. Our sand-and-seal method avoids these issues while providing excellent joint stability and a clean, professional finish.

Which sealer finishes do you offer? Will it be slippery?

We offer a range from natural matte (subtle color enhancement, no sheen) to enhanced wet-look (rich, deepened color). For pool decks, walkways, and entryways, we add an anti-slip additive to maintain safe traction—even when wet.

We’ll recommend the best finish for your specific pavers and use case during your on-site consultation.

Can you strip failed or peeling sealer before re-sealing?

Yes—full chemical stripping, neutralization, and surface preparation when old coatings have whitened, peeled, or become incompatible. This is quoted separately because stripping is labor-intensive, but it’s essential for a clean, long-lasting result. Applying new sealer over a failed coat will only make problems worse.

How long does paver sealing last in Florida?

A properly applied water-based sealer typically lasts 2–4 years in Northeast Florida, depending on sun exposure, foot/vehicle traffic, and whether the pavers are in a covered or open area. Pool decks and driveways with heavy use may need re-sealing sooner. We recommend annual inspections to catch wear early and extend the life of your investment.

Do you clean and seal driveways, walkways, and pool decks?

Yes—all of them. Our paver and hardscape services cover driveways, walkways and sidewalks, pool decks, patios, courtyards, retaining walls, and fire pit areas. Whether it’s brick pavers, travertine, or concrete, we have the right process for each material.

Carpet Cleaning (Hot‑Water Extraction)

Hot-water extraction carpet cleaning Fresh living space after deep carpet clean Clean, soft carpet in luxury home
What carpet cleaning method do you use, and how often should we clean?

We use professional hot-water extraction (HWE)—the method recommended by most major carpet manufacturers including Shaw, Mohawk, and Stainmaster. Hot water and fiber-safe chemistry are injected deep into the carpet, then immediately extracted along with embedded dirt, allergens, and bacteria.

Most homes benefit from cleaning every 12 months. High-traffic areas, homes with pets, or allergy-sensitive households should schedule every 6–9 months.

Learn more about our carpet cleaning process →

Are your carpet treatments safe for children and pets?

Yes. We use fiber-appropriate chemistry with thorough rinsing to minimize any residue. Our solutions are selected for safety, and we offer optional neutral deodorizers that are pet and child safe. Carpets are typically dry and ready for normal use within 4–8 hours depending on humidity and airflow.

Can you remove pet stains and odors?

We treat pet stains with enzyme-based solutions that break down uric acid crystals—the source of lingering odor that standard cleaners miss. For severe contamination, we may recommend a sub-surface treatment that reaches the carpet pad. We’ll be upfront about what’s achievable: most stains improve dramatically, but some older or heavily saturated spots may require pad replacement for complete odor elimination.

Do you offer stain‑guard protectant and area rug cleaning?

Yes to both. Our optional stain-guard protectant creates a barrier around carpet fibers, giving you more time to blot spills before they set—extending the life of your clean dramatically.

We also clean area rugs on-site using methods appropriate for the rug’s material (wool, synthetic, silk blend). For delicate or antique rugs, we’ll advise on the best approach during your consultation.

How quickly can you schedule service?

For most services, we can schedule within 3–7 business days of quote approval. For urgent needs—move-out deadlines, real estate showings, or post-storm cleanup—we offer priority scheduling and often accommodate same-week requests. Just let us know your timeline when you request your quote.

Do I need to be home during service?

For exterior services (soft wash, pressure wash, windows, pavers), you typically don’t need to be home—just ensure access to water spigots and clear the work area.

For interior services (housekeeping, carpet, deep clean), we need home access. Many clients provide a garage code, smart lock code, or leave a key in a lockbox. Your security and privacy are paramount—our team is background-checked and fully insured.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and checks. Payment is processed securely through our Jobber platform after service completion. Recurring housekeeping clients can set up autopay for convenience.

Absolutely—and we encourage it. Our Whole-Home Refresh package combines housekeeping, window cleaning, exterior soft wash, carpet cleaning, and paver sealing into a single coordinated service. Bundled clients benefit from streamlined scheduling, one point of contact, and better value.

  • Late cancellation (less than 48 hours): $75 fee

  • No-access / no-show: Full service amount

We understand things come up—just communicate with us and we’ll always work with you.

Are your cleaning products safe for my family and home?

We use professional-grade chemistry selected for both effectiveness and safety. Where appropriate, we favor products listed under the EPA’s Safer Choice program. If you have specific sensitivities or preferences, let us know and we’ll accommodate. We also offer a dedicated green cleaning service for fully eco-conscious care.

What if something is damaged during service?

We carry full general liability insurance for exactly this reason.
