Your property is not a service ticket. It is a home that took a lifetime to build and a community you chose for a reason. Every task we take on — a bi-weekly housekeeping, a soft-wash, a paver reset — is measured against that bar, not against a checklist.

If a room, a surface, or a result would not be acceptable in the showroom of the home, it is not acceptable to us. That is the simplest way we can say it, and the standard we enforce on every visit.

Every Team Member Insured, Bonded, Background-Checked

Trust in your home is not a feature — it is the floor. Every person who steps onto your property wears an FCPE uniform, carries active general-liability and workers-comp coverage, and has cleared a criminal background check before their first shift.

We do not subcontract your home to strangers. You will see the same faces on your interior team and the same lead on your exterior team — week after week, season after season. Continuity is how trust compounds.

Guarantee Three

We Return Until You Are Delighted

If any part of a visit does not meet your expectation, tell us within 48 hours and we return. No debate, no dispute, no partial-credit. We re-do the work until it is right, on our time and at our cost.

This is not a line we reluctantly honor. It is the mechanism by which we get better. Every return visit gets logged, reviewed, and fed back into how we train. Your feedback is how the Gold Standard sharpens.

Transparent Pricing — Brackets, Not Guesswork

Every quote we issue is built from a published pricing matrix with defined brackets for square footage, surface type, and scope. No mystery numbers. No charge-what-the-market-will-bear. The same bracket applies to your neighbor as applies to you.

When the scope of a visit changes — a room added, a surface removed — you see the math before we bill. The deposit structure, the cure windows, the membership discounts all live on paper. We would rather lose a job to a lower quote than win one with a vague one.
