SMS Terms & Text Messaging Disclosure

Program Description

First Coast Property Experts (“FCPE,” “we,” “us”) operates an SMS program that lets us communicate with customers, prospective customers, and team members about quotes, scheduling, service confirmations, billing, and customer support related to our exterior cleaning, interior housekeeping, and sealing services in St. Johns, Duval, and Nassau Counties, Florida.

How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS text messages from FCPE when any of the following happens:

  • Online quote request: You submit our online estimate form at firstcoastpropertyexperts.com/estimate/ and provide your mobile number. By submitting the form with your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS messages from FCPE about your quote, scheduling, and related service updates.
  • Phone call: You speak with our team or one of our AI-assisted phone agents and verbally agree to receive text follow-up.
  • In person: You provide your mobile number to a member of our team during an on-site walkthrough or service visit and agree to text communication.
  • Existing customer: You are an active FCPE customer with a service plan or open invoice; messages relate directly to your active services.

Message Types You May Receive

  • Quote delivery and quote follow-up
  • Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders (typically 24 hours before service)
  • Crew arrival notifications
  • Post-service follow-up and review requests
  • Invoice notifications and payment receipts
  • Customer support replies (including replies from our AI-assisted SMS concierge)
  • Service plan renewal reminders
  • Account or schedule changes

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity with FCPE. Most customers receive between 2 and 8 messages per month. Active service plan customers may receive more during scheduled service weeks.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received. FCPE does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of FCPE SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Other accepted opt-out keywords include UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and STOPALL. Once you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and then no further marketing or service messages from that number. You may continue to receive transactional messages required to complete an active service unless you contact us by phone or email to cancel the service entirely.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in consent and the phone number associated with it are not shared with affiliates, partners, or any other third party for promotional use. Information collected through SMS is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of (or authorized to use) the mobile phone number you provide.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at firstcoastpropertyexperts.com/sms-terms/ with a “Last updated” date. Continued use of our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
