Southern Style High Foaming Surfactants create an extended dwell blanket across the surface, allowing the chemistry to penetrate textured substrates and kill organic growth deep within pores. Chemistry concentration is adjusted per substrate — stucco gets a different mix than vinyl, which differs from wood.
